The Flu season is back and really strong this year, my family and I, personally use Allimax and offer it to our staff to use when someone has the flu in our office, as a preventitive measure. This really reduces the downtime for people and keeps virus's from moving to others and effecting their families as well.
In light of the current Swine Flu epidemic we are taking measures to assure that we control the spread of infectious bacteria. We created a page with some tips to help you and your office/family to fight back against the flu:
What can I do to protect myself from getting sick?
there is no vaccine available right now to protect against swine flu. There are everyday actions that can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses like influenza. Take these everyday steps to protect your health:
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.
Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
If you get sick with influenza, CDC recommends that you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.
Just one capsule of ALLIMAX taken each day with a little cold liquid during your main meal will provide enough allicin for your general health and well being.
